Default Is it good to sell your apartment now?

While I am aware of the real estate market isn't good now, however I have my broker approaching me asking if I would be interesting in selling my condo apartment. She said she's had several clients that are European who are looking to buy in the city. (I'm actually in the middle of renting it out therefore working with the said broker)----according to her that given the strong Euro & Pound at the moment, that it might be a good time to sell it.

I am waiting for her to tell me how much those European clients offered, but what you do think? Thanks!
