I think you'd need to go into Manhattan to catch it? Apex Bus - Chinatown - Philadelphia, PA

Nope take the F to East Broadway (Last Stop before going into Brooklyn) Gets you the closest to the Chinatown buses (New Century and Eastern) walk up East B'way 1 block to Allen Street and the buses park right there.

Both of those Bus Lines stop right in Chinatown Philly (Arch Street)....Also Greyhound out of PABT stops in Chinatown Philly as well 10th Filbert

The F doesn't stop at Jamaica Center, and the J is slightly faster anyway to get to Chinatown. And the buses don't park on Allen St, they park on Chrystie St or sometimes Hester St or the Bowery.

You could take the E train from Jamaica Center which goes to Canal Street.
You could also switch from the E train to F train at either Union Turnpike or 71st Avenue or Roosevelt Avenue in Queens.
