Part of me wonders if things will change if I wait until closer to when I'm going on my trip to book a hotel/transportation, but I don't want to risk everything being booked out if I do that. Shaking my head at this.
If you don't mind me asking, what dates are you planning on staying?

I was coming on the 25th (attending a taping and auditioning for a game show the 26th), and leaving the 28th.

I could change the trip from the 26th-28th, but I know from experience that it takes all day to attend a taping/audition for a game show, and I want to have more than a day to have fun in NYC (and by doing it this way, I'd only have one day to enjoy the city). That, and it'd be pushing it (arrive in city, head to hotel and immediately go to game show).

So it'd be best to stick to my 25th-28th plans.

mmckenna is on a distinguished road
Does anyone know if you can go on Priceline the night before your trip and actually enter the name of the hotel where you want to stay? Or do you have to take whatever hotel they give you? I've never done Priceline before. Thanks.
