VSF=variable supplement fund. Retired members of the force get a check annually in December(up to 12k).

I heard it is 30 people combined from July and August. I believe 15 from each class. I did hear the same that 7 people were fired from July though.
Probabtion is finally over and we get a raise (Small one, but money is money). 18 months did go fast, but it is so unnecessary. Way too long.

Why did they get a break??? In 18 months you never were sick or overslept, or got into an accident driving a vehicle that you never drove before? It happens.
What's more sad is that I'm sure deep down the guys waiting to be called were hoping that there were more people fired/quit and not extended. I really hope I'm wrong about that.

Wow... I didn't know that many got extended. I heard from a few people that were there that it was 15. We didn't know trials were 2 days.
Once again Congratulations to all the people that passed probabtoin or got extended and were not fired.
