Hey guys. I thought I would post this here for people that usually are from around that area or pass it on a daily basis.

There is a new Bollywood ( Indian ) film being shot in NYC for these next two weeks. It starts John Abraham, Neil Nitin Mukesh, and Katrina Kaif.

I really want to go see the shooting. If anybody has any information can you please post it here or email me. I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

The production company in charge of the film is Pixion. They're based in Mumbai, India, but they're listing this: paul@pixion.tv as the contact e-mail.

Drop 'em a line and see if they'll tell you what you want to know.

I really enjoy Bollywood films. I've been to India many times, especially Mumbai. Heck I married an Indian girl for pete's sake! Favorite Bollywood film is Lagaan. For all those unfamiliar with Bollywood cinema, I suggest starting with that one. Wish I was in NY to check that out.

what a sequence of events...watch Bollywood films, visit India, marry Indian girl.

Okay, I'll start with the film you recommended and take it from there.

Are all bollywood films musicals? I saw one called "satya" or something like that but it was about gangsters, and then all of a sudden the gangsters start singing songs lol

i beileve everbody sings a song even if it's a Western or Crime Drama. When the criminal is caught instead of crying he too sings along with the sheriff all the way to prison.

The girls are usually very pretty too, I hear, and they'll even sing you a lullaby.

Lol. They are musicals but not like what Americans mean. They don't only have songs. They have dialogues as well. the average movie is about 2 hours 40 minutes and can can anywhere between 4 to 5 songs.
