It looks like the gunman somehow fell to his death. This is a strange one.

Looks like that one was a big drug deal gone wrong. The dead are multiple generations of dealers with long rap sheets, and will no doubt be missed by addicts and their families. I am only glad that they were only able to kill eachother and not anyone else...

you can't judge someone solely on their rap sheet.

Who was judging solely on a rap sheet? The apartment was filled with heroine and some cocaine, it was a family business. Maybe we should just ignore the 2 decades of crime, and the drug dealing operation out of their apt...what really matters is that they walk their kids to school every morning. I stand by my statement, this is a big loss to their family (financially) and the addicts they supplied. I won't shed a tear, however I am glad they were only able to kill eachother.

Interesting article to read following the UWS shooting. Does anybody else agree with it?

Bronx still going crazy.

Bronx gunman fires from car, hits four

4 shot in drive-by.

And another shot blocks away, assumed to be drug-related.

Also shooting on 178th and Monterey, according to Gothamist.

Edit: Add another on Boston Road in Eastchester.

Yeah and one listed at Westchester and Elder. I'm real curious as to why the BX is still having this much shootings when it's winter time (though Manhattan recently had a couple of homicides).
