I was about to say the warriors but you beat me to the punch. Beat street was a good movie also. Also can't forget about hitch, and Coming to America. There were some parts of American Gangster that was filmed in Marlboro Projects and He got game was filmed in Coney Island. |

The name of that movie is "Straight Outta Brooklyn"...the didn't turn into drug dealers, they robbed a drug dealer and everybody wound up getting killed
