Wappinger Falls/Fishkill Commute to Lower Manhattan (Hamburg, Wappingers Falls: transfer to, taxi)

Hi, my department just relocated from a block away from Grand Central to West 15th Street & 9th Avenue in Chelsea; making the commute much more difficult. Please let me know if there is an alternative method of transportation. Does anyone know of a bus service or private van that can accomodate me or is there anyone that is in need of a carpool partner? I live in zip code 12590 and I'm traveling to 10011.

What about the Metro North? Are you close to the New Hamburg station? If not, is there someone you know that's willing to take you to/from that station, willing to take a taxi to/from the station or ride the Dutchees LOOP(I believe there's a route that goes from Wappingers Falls to that station). If so, you can take the train all the way to Grand Central. From there transfer to the 42nd. St. shuttle to Times Sq. and hop on the A, C or E to 14th St/8th Av.

That's what I'm doing now and it's killing me. I'm looking for something more direct, but thank you.
