Gotta say though, I'm tired of the "liberal media" bashing "liberal New York". And comparing us to Nashville??? THey'd be more polite to an Obama supporter?
Well I think , as was said in another thread, Southerners from Nashville would be polite no matter who you are, thats just how they are. New Yorkers will Tell you EXACTLY what they think. I think they found the man in the camera as "pushing a conservative agenda" intentionally in an area where it is obviously not mainstream, so as typical New Yorkers, they "pushed" right back. Confrontational meets confrontational. I think thats just cultural, and not necessarily bad.
Instead of just comparing to Nashville, maybe the better comparison would have been sticking an agressive Obama supporter in certain neighborhoods in Staten Island or Long Island
