sold price list (New York, York: for sale, real estate, apartments)

Dear There:

I'm interested in buying an apartment in Riverdale, Bronx. But I found it is hard to make an offer since we do NOT know exactly how much a listed property valued. Is there any public resources where we can get a list of sold house (listing price, sold price, etc....) through internet. I think you can only propose based on the information of that particular property. Too much high offer is not clever, but too low neither. Any feed backs are appreciated.
