Since it's obviously okay to post photos of the new LA skyline, then why isn't it okay for New York photos to go up? Many of these buildings will blend in with our already overwhelming and great city but they wil be there. None of these buildings even made the news in New York. I found out about half of them through construction workers my Dad worked with (he's a lawyer)...

The new stadiums are costing us 700million in tax dollars. They don't have to pay property tax or sales tax. Recieve discounted electricity and took away 22 acres of parkland from the South Bronx.
And its been proven that stadiums do little to benefit the city's economy.

NYC is amazing. I love H-Town but there is no city like NYC....thats for sure.

At least they did not put the stadium on the west side of Manhattan.. can you imagine.. traffic disaster!

It wouldn't have been that much worse. Just as long as there is good public transportation serving it, there is seldom a problem. Maybe putting the stadiums in Manhattan would have helped their architectural banality.
