Queens is definitely my favorite borough.
That makes it the best for me!

There's no way to rank the boroughs in terms of the best.
Best for what? According to whom? Based on what?

The boroughs have different areas that appeal to different people for different reasons.

of course, but i'm talking on an overall basis. for example there's no doubt the average rental price of a 2 bedroom in queens is lower than a 2 bdrm in manhattan. you can break it down by neighborhood, or even by block. but im just talking averages.

Well I have to contribute too then since so many other did! This is entirely subjective, and I agree that what does "worst" mean? Crime? traffic? affordability? Schools? Transportation? Diversity? Incomes? Amenities? Let's not answer, as every borough has its pros and cons...and leave it at that.
