THINK ABOUT IT,,,the only way a rental building of more than 4 units can be not regulated is if all the apartments are over 2,000 for the long term existing tenants and they all make over 175,000 for 2 years.... even our central park south apartments dont make that criteria... otherwise everyone in the building had to move out and the rent go over 2,000...
i doubt many non luxury buildings exist like that

I will give you more in downtown PRIME location.
130 Water St - Google Maps
that building is rent stabalized.
HMMM, living in prime location, the both building have been extremely nice, a lot of privilage people live their.

this is incorrect. the building was converted to a condominium
Property Profile Overview
that link is from the department of buildings website.
even the zoning lot number of the building is 7501. 7501 is exclusively used for condominiums.
that means the list that i just posted is outdated as well.

Not the whole building, some units are still controlled.
When you do the search this is the result.

if that is the case then its probably only a handful of apartments. because the building is a condo now according to dept of finance.
