Exclamation Is the Clinton Project safe or this address safe?

I was curious if the area near Clinton projects a safe area around East 109th Street and Lexington ave? I was curious on the racial demographics of the area also thanks

I used to live near there and it's reasonably safe. Not many areas of New York are patently unsafe, and 109th on the East Side isn't one of those areas.
