Default NYC Neighborhood Parking/Alt Side Rules

Ok, Im new to the site and DID search the forums before posting this thread. Ive actually been looking for a while.
But, is there a source where I can find out what neighborhoods of NYC have their parking days/hours? Like for example, I know some parts of Carroll Gardens and Cobble Hill Brooklyn have thier alt-side days Tuesday/Thursday from 09:30 to 11AM or from 09:00 to 10:30AM and 11:30 to 1PM.
But lets say I wanted to park in uptown Manhattan overnight, lets say, um, 168St and Broadway (On Street, of course), how would I know the parking rules/times for that or any particular street?
Ive even tried maps.google.com streetview, I can only make out the days but not the times for the signs.
Am I REALLY missing something (More important, Am I making sense?) or has no one come up with this yet?

I've actually tried looking for something like too for Queens and Manhattan and had no luck neither. Let me know if you find something!

You have to look at the signs in the neighborhood...There's nothing online about this. And look CAREFULLY!

I can tell you that in the neighborhood of 168th and Broadway, right near Presbyterian Hospital, parking on the street is scarce.

There's nothing online with this type of info. I, for one, am VERY GLAD there's nothing like that out there.

If there were, it would mean that those of us who live near subway stations in outer boroughs would have to deal with just that many more people who come to our street just when street cleaning ends in order to park for the day and take the train into Manhattan. No thanks!!

I stand corrected. There is a site.

I just hope no one gets around to mapping my neighborhood.
