Hospital fire

I saw the brief news story of the hospital fire in NYC. From the description, the source of the fire is part of my line of work at my hospital. Can you post any local news sources with detailed information on the exact cause of the fire so that we can do our own checks to ensure our hospital isn't at risk for a similiar situation?
