It used to be 10021, then after the split of this zip code, it became 10065, which is the UES, that was the wealthiest zip code.
The zip codes that are listed in the OP are office buildings that are used for filing, not residences as are 10065, 10021, 10075, 10028, etc.

That's because it includes the entire housestaff (interns/residents) from New York Hospital (they are required to live in hospital housing) and they don't make much at all (believe me - I know from personal experience).
