I propose that the city pass a law banning "celebrities" altogether. New Yorkers do not need their lives interrupted because some prima donna has decided to grace their neighborhood with his or her presence. Let 'em prance around in Hollywood.
They could have shot all the scenes from that movie without the hype. Then again, without the hype, there isn't any celebrity, is there?

Just what NYC needed, another neighborhood "discovered" by the Hollywood Elite and the Yuppies...the last affordable section of the city.

She already has an apartment on West 79th street which I've seen her around times.
It seems that half of Hollywood lives in NY anyway (even if they don't work in NY) so it's not a foreign concept. ..Hugh Jackman, Kate Winslet, Leonardo DiCaprio, Madonna, Cameron Diaz, Julia Roberts, etc. live in NY.

Woww...here I tought they were talking about THE Washington Heights. Like the gritty blocks. Instead she's checking out a building in what may not even be Washington Heights. And it's a fancy building anyways. Not one of the tenements.
Cmon..who thinks of 157th and Riverside as Washington Heights? Too me its to far west and too far south.
Really? Washington Heights?

Technically it is, it's above the traditional 155th Harlem/Wash Heights borderline. Just walk one block over to Broadway and tell me that's not Washington Heights.
Stop by Caporal while your at it and pick me up a three piece with fries.
