The O'Neal's are multi-millionaires many times over. Structuring the "income" of the named tenant on the lease is a no-brainer, and is similar to the identical scam that Charlie Rangel was recently exposed doing and Ed Koch bragged about for decades. NYC rent control/stabilization is another product of the demofascist liberals who possess everything and contribute nothing except trouble. They are hypocrites of the first order and whine about what they think other people should do as long as it never affects them. Their rapacious, unbounded greed and mental illness has ruined not only NYC but the entire nation.
