Bk15's garages are separated by about 2 miles,the annex on knapp st is where they handle tire disposal,they probably use cut downs to collect and transport them,they shred them to bits,each shredder costs 250k.

No worries,most of us on this thread are 6063 list numbers,so we are of no threat to you....

Just worked the PR parade and was looking at man 5 sun list.... They worked 17 suns from may 08 - may 09... Not bad at all... But u need 25 yrs to make the collection truck during the week .....

There must of been like 150 guys working this sun.. We cleaned the parade in 3 1/2 hrs.... Dural was so happy we worked so hard for him... He said great job... Now go bak and clean 6ave and 7ave...

A friend of mine tells me that Manhattan 5 is a super senior garage. Most guys there are doing baskets or going out of town on cleaning shifts. They do average 13 sundays a year, basically 1 a month. However, if you want to make collection, you can forget about it. You need some serious time on the job and then you are still doing baskets. A lot of senior men transfer in to M5 and then are very unhappy. The relay shift is never taken though, they do 3 to NJ.

Guys with 18 years do round robbins.... they run like 5 trucks sometimes.

Guys

I am new to this site, and was wondering if anyone had any information regarding the hiring of the next class? I am very high on the list, and will probably get called with the next group....whenever that is.

So why don't they transfer?...I figured round robbins were for probies and very junior sanmen.
