Anyone have an idea how long the waiting time may be for a 2 or 3 bedroom?
Thanks

I actually just got a call from River Bay the management company AT COOP CITY . I first applied last year for a two bedroom but since me fico score was below 700, I could only be offer a one bedroom with a balcony. I been asking lots of question about this place for I will soon be living there...whats the best section 3 or 5 ? GOOD LUCK

Section 3. Section 5 was pretty much the not so nice side of Co-op. I think it is still the same.
