Sky View is a very nice complex. How do you like those views!!! I own a four family house several blocks from it. Riverdale is considered a upscale neighborhood for the city. Good schools, express buses to NYC or the Metro North. It has a wonderfull arboretum right on the Hudson River - it's quite a beautiful location. Rents for a 1 br apt start at about $900- 1000. At Sky Top I'm sure they are more.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Rents are around $1,000 in Riverdale? For a 1br? Are you sure?

I thought the rents in Woodlawn were about $900-$1,000 for a 1br. The rent easily has to be a couple hundred dollars higher over in Riverdale.
