Nobody really knows exactly who pulled the trigger. We just know who was behind the hit. I know that two guys named Mario gallo and jimmy galione admitted to shooting him. But they could've just been saying that for fame. Just like people do for jimmy Hoffa.
But it very well could've been those two. Just not 100% who actually pulled the trigger.

Yes, I remember when my cousins lived in Ozone Park. They always had block parties and Gottis family had a big one. The ones in Middle Village are all retired and mostly Sicilians, and their kids have moved to Long Island or elsewhere.
My uncle said there are still meetings in Gottis old club, Bergen Hunt, where alleged members still hang out but really no bad activity.
