Good luck to everyone.. and thanks for all the posts that everyone has written, they have been extremely helpful!

Congratulations cheesoslimo! What is your list number & do you know how far down the list they went for September classes?

WOW, 2 classes a month now? When you get in let us know how many people are there. My class was 60. If they doing 2 classes a month with 60 people each, this list is going to be moving FAST

Hey cheesoslimo, congrats to you, its a great thing you got accepted to training. You say you were sworn in, did you have an interview after the medical exam or did the doctor interview you? Who interviewed you, how many were there. and what did they ask?

Hello all, I am new to this forum and I currently am list number 16xx for train operator and I am on an outstanding certification. The DCAS phone number says that they are up to 1340. How accurate is this number? I have been told by a current train operator that this number can be a couple of hundred off. I am curious to know the validity of this as I am anxious to get started. Thanks in advance.

What exactly is D/T? I'm assuming its the first interview or drug test? When is your appointment if you don't mind me asking? At the rate they are going I should be called within a month, 2 tops.

Thanks for the info captgombo. In your first message you said your number was is the 1500's, how can they still be in the 1350 range if you just got called for D/T? DCAS says they are up to 1340 but I've been told that isn't always accurate.
