Originally from Houston, but now living in New York, I have a major decision to make in going back to school. For my MBA, I am choosing between 2 strong regional schools: UT Austin and Emory Business School. What is a better career move given my situation? Just to give you a brief background: I am now 27, M, and single, got my undergrad degree at UT Austin with an emphasis in finance, and I am now looking to transition into brand marketing.
Factors important to me include strong economy/business opportunities, young professional scene, dynamic nightlife, aesthetically pleasing geography, sunny climate, and vibrant progressive political scene. I appreciate any useful insights.

I don't know much about the schools, but if I had my pick of cities I'd probably choose Austin. I've never been there, but have heard almost nothing but positive things about it. I did visit Atlanta once and found it quite dreadful and disappointing.
