Default Street Cleaning ticket at 1 AM? (Essex St.)
I received a street cleaning ticket of $65 at 131 Essex St. on Sat at 1 AM. Is this for real? I didn't see any signs. Not sure if I should dispute it or take the settlement. Thanks!

Take the settlement. Essex is No Parking 12am-3am Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. The signs are not always clear in Lower Manhattan, which can be a pain, but if you can get a reduction, I'd take it now.
