I am new to this site but does anyone know of a bus service that can pick up my child from a Brooklyn School and transport to Queens?

You will run into multiple problems because of distance. Hardly any drivers will do it because it will be out of the way and not profitable. If your child is the only one going that way it cost them to much time for other pick-up/drop offs. Wish I could've point you in a better direction. Try contacting the school for a list-most schools have them.
