I'm looking for Halloween events-- what do you think are the best?

I would like to go to something where I can go in costume, but I'm not looking for a drunken, get-hit-on kind of environment.

Go see the halloween parade. I think anyone in costume is welcome to be in it. It's awesome!

To be fair, practically every day is Halloween in the village.
