the B. Charney Vladeck houses
anybody know somethign about the B. Charney Vladeck housing projects? they are in the Lower East Side. Near Madison St and Jackson St. anything would be helpful. thanks.

Vladeck is one of the worst PJs in LES. Its dirty and the apts are small. The elevators are old & filled with urine and so are the stairs.... Crime is out of control. They just recently put up the mobile police station right smack in the middle of the complex. I hate walking thru there.
