Avoid!.....Nice house still a rough neighborhood. The closer you get to the elevated the dangerous it gets. Liberty is alright until about midnight, it can go downhill real quick around there.

well i was there until after midnight, there were a few people hanging out for the most part it was quiet

I have to question the borderlines also. I think anything east of Euclid would be cityline

OK, take it from me its not glamourous, for the most part it is wild. I grew up on linden blvd and barbey and had family that lived on liberty and essex.

To top it off i played handball on this courts near cleveland and liberty. its not a great neighborhood, sure some areas are nice but overall no.

DoomDan515 ... I grew up in 415 Lincoln Avenue (the 4-story apartment house). Attended P.S. 159 and J.H.S. 214. I'm 66 years old, so don't know whether we would know each other.

I stumbled across this thread, and it rekindled some happy -- and not-so-happy -- memories.

I graduated from St. Sylvester's Grammar School on Grant and McKinley Avenues in 1948.
