Default Where in Queens?!

Hallo everyone, i'm about to terminate the lease of my apartment in Bushwick and i'm in need for some info on the neighbourhoods of queens. I've been looking around brooklyn and have a few ideas of nice places to live (i'll probably stay around bushwick since it's cheap and close to manhattan) but i haven't looked much around Queens. Me and my other roommates have a budget of around $1900 for a 3 bedrooms, and we'd like a place that's kinda trendy (young people, bars) and safe, thats all. Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance!

The E and F train take 20 minutes to midtown from Forest Hils.

However, I wouldn't recommend it for people who are young and want young and trendy.

I would recommend Astoria or Sunnyside, but I don't know if you will be able to get a 3 bedroom for that price. Unlikely.

Yes.

I think Astoria is 10 times better than Forest Hills for someone who is in their 20s and says they want a young, trendy place.

Have you been to Astoria?

Feel free to interchange "10 times" with "20 times." My point is the same.

And it sounds like you agree with my point.
