My interview didnt go to well. Due to my income being at the Maximum for a 2 bedroom, they put me on the waiting list. They said they had to deal with everyone in the preferred max bracket first and then they would consider the people in the maximum income bracket. The people were very helpful, but at the end of the day, there wasnt much she could do for me. Good luck to the rest of you. Hopefully I wil have better luck with Phase 2.

@ kidamanini...I know the building is pre-wired for Verizon, but you dont necessarily need to have Verizon's service. I just want to see what other options are available and if someone has chosen to go that route!

Hey so i have a move in date for the 2 week in October. I have a standard 2 bedroom c line (which is the backdside of the building), is it true though that the front of the building (facing the BP gas station) are all deluxe apts? we wanted a front apt but the super told us the front apts are all deluxe? can someone verify that? someone who is living there now. Also how much is the parking for the us? are we discounted?

From my understanding, The Bronx only has Verizon, Optimum & Direct TV but I may be mistaken. I called Cablevision to see if they can transfer my existing account to my new apt but they said they didnt have the building in their system so they could not. I had no other choice than to go with Fios, which isnt a big deal to me. Hope this helps!

Yes, you're right. The apartments facing the street are the Deluxe apartments. I move in 2 weeks and I was given a deluxe apt. As for the parking, I have no idea, sorry.

Nothing other than the fact that they are slightly larger and that they face the street instead of facing another building.
