Jobs in the development disabilities field (home, university, moving to)

I'll be moving to NYC in late December with my GF who will begin working at Columbia University.

I'm wondering if anybody has any experience, information, etc with/about developmental disabilities jobs in NYC.

I've looked at some websites and found some information, but a personal touch is always better.

I have over 5 years experience in different capacities in the field, mostly direct care, but also some supervisory positions. My degree is a BA in finance, so that won't help me too much. Ideally, I'd like to get a weekend position in a group home so I can work on getting my Masters during the week.

Any assistance from anyone with experience in the field would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for that website, I'm looking through it and finding some companies in the field.
