hi, i just came from an interview for an apt at the river place II. the lady stayed with all the documents plus the 25 dollar money orders. she gave me a paper of documents missing that i have to faxed her. she was calculating our income that consist of my husband and me. my questions is... would she tell you right away if you didnt have the enough income or they will let you know on a phone call? also she said that if the application goes thru they will do a home visit and that we all have to be home. in total they will let me know in three weeks to show me the apt.
is anybody knows how big is the two bedroom apt. please let me know as soon as possible thankyou
Can you tell me how long ago did you apply up until when they called you in for an interview?
312 ELEVENTH AVENUE APARTMENTS ( between 29th and 30th street) just sent me an interview for the middle of this month..I'm pretty excited.. its for a 2 bedroom of course..my log # is in the early 2000's. This is insane, sinc ei JUST received something for 350 west 37th this past friday! lol
hopes up BIG TIME right now..I'll be more prepared than I was for river place II thats for sure

Questions for silver towers residents... How was move in day for you.. Anybody not bring the move in fee or used a moving company? How's the night scene around the building..any excitement ..I heard there is a bar in the lounge area..? Are the doormen watchful or do guests go and come as they please? Without having to sign in? thanks
ok thanks for your reply. i went to a friends house that lives there and his apt is a studios pretty small. but good for him. i am just curious is the kitchen separate of the living room? hope is big. and comfortable.
If you didnt qualify income wise they would have let you go within 15 minutes and wouldnt ask for money order . The next step is the credit check. If they do a home visit they let you know in advance. They are basically looking for hoarders and damage to your place. They want you to respect their property. There's a two bedroom next to me that they just completed painting hmmm I've seen it briefly. It looks like the bedroom are in a hall and kitchen is across then you walk into livingroom but I dont know how big that is. i was being nosey and curious thats why I looked.
