@ jkid wow that just depressed me. How in the heck is a studio more expensive then a one bedroom??? I knew this was rigged! Can't believe that some lucky people probably signed a two year lease for under (500) to live in a one bedroom. Now I'm starting to have regrets...I probably wouldn't even have gotten it but still :-(

This is what happen Jose. If you go back to those guidelines..you'll see it says 14 studios for 465$ and 81 for 595$...now I originally applied for these studios back in May and it was the EXACT same criteria. But my income didnt fit so I had to appeal..after I appeal they changed the guidelines !! So then around early June it became 77 studios for 641$ and 5 studios for 503$. Cant tell you how p*ssed I was ! Because of course they accepted my appeal under the NEW guidelines .

Again beggers can't be choosers and im grateful I have a place to put my head. But to tell us we can never upgrade when we're paying more then those with a 1bdrm is ridiculous. But like I always say..just have to know people in the right places

@blackcard lol couldn't have said it better myself.

@jkid its really unfair but I guess into we make 5000 a month we can't complain..even tho if I ever made that much 2500 wouldn't be going towards rent.

For the incoming Silver Towers fam.

Silvertowersresidents.com <----------You can set up your personal profile, veiw building events and even schedule your dry cleaning.

You'll get a silver folder with your name and apartment number along with a packet that'll contain your logic key ( don't lose it or you'll pay.. Lol!), mailbox key and your shuttle pass.
In the silver folder you'll get leaflets explaining about the building and the services they offer. Also management info. They'll also have a login name and password for silvertowersresidents.com. You can change that after you log in or get a jump on it. Your choice.

Welcome!

You could have gone back. They would have shown you the apartment again. That way you could have gotten the measurments.
