Default Which Platform/Track# at Penn Station to take NJ Transit to New Brunswick?

I plan to take the NJ Transit from 34 St Penn Station to New Brunswick NJ but I could not locate the platform or track number where I can take the train. Does anyone commute between New Brunswick and NYC? Any info or advice relating to this is appreciated.

The trains arrive at any track. At the waiting area, look at the screens. It'll tell you the track number your train is using once it's ready to accept customers.

You have to check the NJ Transit monitors when you get to Penn Station. They post the track numbers about 10-15 minutes before departure. It's hectic for newbies, you have about 200-300 people watching the monitor, they post it, and everyone runs to the track.

Welcome to NY!

It's a nightmare, and it's like that every single night for commuters.
