Well, first, your salary info appears a bit off. According to this site, starting salary is, $37,346. After 2 yearsa, you'd be just under $43K.
Why do you wish to move to NYC for such low pay???
At that salary level, it w/b VERY difficult to live on your own, and to survive in NYC. You w/b regulated to some of the poorest and most undesireable neighborhoods.
I just don't see it. How much are you taking home? $300 bucks maybe! You can't survive on that. Not even with roommates.
