I wanted to capture New York City as if it was the dark angular metropolis that Batman would see, even during the day. Let me know what you think!

Very nice shots! I think you mean Gotham City, however... Superman is from Metropolis.

Batman is more Downtown/Financial District than Midtown, in my opinion. All those narrow streets have a more Gothic feel.

Exactly right; the moment I looked at those photos I thought, oh no, you need to take pictures in the Financial District. (They don't call it the Canyonlands for nothing!)
