Yes In Jamaica Queens near public transportation, Google map liberty Ave and Dunkirk Ave. It's a long stretch of road. When I get my RV I will park it there. to the left is neighborhood tree line houses. Q83 bus will get you to Subway.
You can park your RV in many remote areas of the city... The most remote areas of the North Bronx and east New York you can park, or many non-residential blocks outside Manhattan. You can't park in Manhattan I think. Of course you can't get water or sewage hook up on the street. You'll need to figure out how to dispose of waste and get water at least

It is possible find some cheap parking for RV with montly fees?
I always see a couple of RV's parked by my job in maspeth looks like they never move from that parking spot since there is not alternate side parking rules.. barely any schools by or even residential houses only commercial businesses
you may want to look along the amtrak line in queens. those areas are usually isolated, or industrial. You do have to find a place to dump. For filling, I cant imagine why you cant use the fire hydrant.
The applicable law is New York City Traffic Rules, Section 4-08 (m) (8):
"Street storage of boat trailers, mobile homes and mobile medical diagnostic vehicles prohibited. No person shall park any boat trailer (with or without a boat attached), mobile home or mobile medical diagnostic vehicle in any area, on any street, in excess of 24 hours."
For the purposes of the law, an RV counts as a "mobile home." Also note that this rule applies even if there are no other posted parking regulations for the street.
