Yes, seen it, it why I looking for some parking or place which is not "on street" for avoid daily reparking

However this regulation is rarely enforced outside Manhattan. In the North Bronx where I live I see RVs quite frequently. It's only enforced if there are 311 complaints

What this law is really referring to is trailers if you read the wording. Any item that does not have a car as a part of it. For instance travel trailers or boat trailers could just be left on the street if this was the case.

Park it on Fifth Avenue. Look for a building called "Trump Tower." Park it out in front, no problem. You're welcome.
