My cousin lived in NYC & he said he was paying $1,700.00 month for a studio apt in a not so great area. He moved to new jersey but he did say he would of loved to live in manhatten or near central park. What would a studio or one bedroom near the park rent for ? I wouldnt mind living in NYC just to experience it. You only live once. Just rent out a room.
