It's not uncommon to have domestic help, everything from a cleaning service to a full-time staff with a housekeeper, maids, and/or multiple nannies, and/or a chauffeur. It depends upon the household and their requirements, and the best staff are hired from agencies or from friends who no longer need a nanny when their children are older, and in some cases are poached from other families with better offers.
