Hi everyone! Would love some feedback, I have a big decision to make...I've been offered a 3br-2ba apartment West of Parkway in the 230's, very nice palisades and river views, large balcony on high floor, part time doorman for $2500. The apartment is a nice size but drawbacks are few and small closets and a realtor fee. Building is not in the best of shape but ok, hallway dark with cracking paint here and there. I like that it's near schools/parks and easy walk to Johnson Ave. Does this sound like a reasonable deal? Is rent above market for Riverdale? Anyone in a similar rental? Thanks!
