This couldnt be more perfect. After 3 years of subbing my wife got hired as a teacher full time. She starts on Sept. 5th. And after 3 years of waiting I will be starting Sanitation September 12th. We both start our 20's a week apart. Start together....retire together.....nice.

btw you get a vision, heart (ekg),blood pressure, hernia, back x-ray, hearing, pee (drug) tests done. all running around the city like a mad man.

turn the job down if you have massive amounts of weed in your system. you can get put back on the list later if you don't get disqualified. if you get disqualified because of a drug test your taken off the list...

I got my letter last week for medical but I wear eye glasses with one bad eye what should I expect on the vision test, Will I be asked to remove my glasses and cover one eye?
