Crown Heights and Williamsburg, you will see lots of Hasidic Jews.
Lots of Jewish in the Riverdale (Bronx), Parts of Washington Heights (West End).
Also, in Forest Hills, Rego Park and Kew Gardens, Queens.

Jewish "communities" is a very general term.
Are you looking for a certain level of religiousity?
Urban or suburban?
Prefer NJ or LI or Westchester? Manhattan?......
There is a wide variety of Jewish community types and locations.

I think all the Jewish areas have been covered. You pick one of all the above and you'll be in the majority.
Crown Heights, South Williamsburg, Midwood, Borough Park, Kensington, Riverdale, Forest Hills, Rego Park and Kew Gardens, Queens.

Funny, if this were 50 years ago the neighborhood names, with a few exceptions, would be so different. Something like:
East New York, Brownsville, East Flatbush, Brighton Beach, Grand Concourse, Pelham Parkway
and in even ealier times Harlem, lower East Side...
My, times do change, don't they?

Coming from your friendly local fellow poster who's not only Jewish but born in Brownsville, I'd have to agree!
