These 3 give us great options.
You're welcome. Be sure to sign up on SYMS website for notices of their "dividends" as they don't use the word "sale." And, they will also send you coupons periodically, generally offering a dollar amount off a purchase by range of total purchase.

You can take a bus to Woodbury Commons from the Port Authority, but it might be more hassle than it's worth right now, just getting settled back into the city. You can save that for a day trip later.

I love me a coupon.

And thank you for the tip on the bus as well! That would be a very fun day trip...well, probably not so much for the hubby, but perhaps with a girlfriend.

If you are around the intersection of 38th and 7th ave and find someone trying to shove a bunch of flyers in your hands, take them. These will be sample sale flyers, in which the wholesale showrooms sell off the samples they have used to showcase merchandise to retailers. I routinely buy blouses which cost $100.00 in stores for $10.00 by shopping in the manner. One thing though, this will NOT work if you are overweight. I am a size six yet am a bit big for sample sales. You can also check topbutton.com to see if any showrooms have a sale listed.
