in a capital one bank branch i go to all the time, they have a coin changer machine thing free of charge as long as you have an account with them

To the OP: don't take it for granted that a big bank is necessarily "better" than any other.

This much I can tell you about banking here in NYC: I've had accounts at more banks than you have fingers to count them on. If some bank institutes a policy I consider ridiculous, I take my money elsewhere. This is one huge advantage to a city like New York, where there are more banks than you can shake a stick at! You don't have to accept lousy service unless you want to.

Seems like there are a lot of choices. I have a HSBC account back here in Australia but seems like i don't have any special service for I'm already HSBC customer...I might go to all the bank's website you have suggested and check it out! =)
