If you stop by can you take a look at the 2 bedroom :-D pretty please!

I will def stop by next week. I am in Lilian Wald projects every day, so I will stop by
I'll report back to everyone what the lists say!

How is the crime around the building? Is this area safe?

I think it's pretty safe but then again I'm not out late at night. The buildings are surrounded by projects . And there are always knuckle heads causing problems. But over all it's pretty safe.

I read that Rivington St. is like a trendy area at night. Does that include the walk from Masaryk to the Essex/Delancey F J M Z station?

Yes it's really trending these days. Rivington and Clinton is full of bars. And on Essex there are more people out at night then in the day time.

The Delancey (a club/bar) is just under three blocks from Masaryk, on Delancey (duh), and is pretty active. I did take a walk down there a little after 10PM on a Saturday a couple of weeks ago and there was line to get in and a lot of activity outside. I felt fine on the walk from Masaryk across Delancey (actually walked all the way to Broadway) and a bit earlier across Rivington to Masaryk.

@popartist - the Delaney always has a lot of activity.
@Robbie - your question has been answered in a older thread.

I just gotta ask this. I've been reading this thread and the Penn South thread, and I'm just wondering...which would be a better place to live overall, and why? I've only been picked for Masaryk (Penn South hasn't even had their lottery yet) so I don't really get to choose where I end up living, but I was just wondering
