I bet a few of the original tenants are still there! What a deal of a lifetime! Can't wait until I move in.

Snackbox - my suggestion is to forget about the list for a bit. The numbers move pretty slow, if you kerp looking at the list you will go nuts lol. Ive been on 2 bedroom list for 4 years and still hhave about 300 numbers a head of mine number and its driving me insane. There is another person on this thread that is on the 3 bedroom list.

I have a couple questions about the credit check. Should I call the building directly or is there a general Mitchell Lama number I can call that would probably know the answers?

Anyone have any updates on the studio/1bedroom list number? Just wondering if they made it through all the veterans yet?!

I called last week my # is in the 300s (1 bedroom). I was told they are still working on vets. But, based on the normal list there are about 160 people ahead of me (as some people didn't send in the $200). So, I'm hoping for a call in 2016.

Mari, Welcome to the thread!
Thanks so much we greatly appreciate it.
You got way more information then I do. Im on the 2 bedroom list since 2010 my number is 1100's and the current list is in the low 800's. We have become a community and root for each other. Hope the list moves fast. Good luck
