Rent security is the greatest asset in today's market. I read in the AM New York newspaper that areas in the Bronx are up 30% since 2013, around Mott Haven and southern tip. That tells me a LOT. Manhattan is way too expensive and it's pushing even the wealthy people out to the edges of the outer boroughs. Getting into Masaryk Towers or any other Mitchell Lama is the best investment in your future you can make. Peace of mind is a powerful dividend to earn.

Yeah, rents in The Bronx went up so much over the last few years. I did a project for school and part of it involved looking at rents, I remember seeing plenty of 1BRs in the 800s in the Bronx, and this was only 3 years ago.

When I last called she said about 3 to 4 more years because ppl are not waiting around they are getting other nans and she also said that must applications are not completed by appointed time so those get disqualified

Default Cost of kitchen cabinets

One bedroom i have been in since july, its a small kitchen but the cabinets are bad they are currently blue and yellow.
